I put on braces finally. The process was painless but it’s long. It took about 1.5 hours just to get it on. For the next two days, arching sensation comes in. It was a little painful but bearable. However, the doctor says that he has to open up my bite to allow my teeth to move. To achieve this, he placed 1inclined ramp(function like a bite plate) each behind my upper front teeth. Now, my upper teeth cannot touch the lower teeth. I wondered whether it’s a common procedure. However, I know for the next 1 month, I can’t chew but to swallow. That’s bad for me! I have to say good bye to biscuits and a lot of good food. Never mind for my future beauty, it’s worth it. If you are curious about how the process is carried out, I have found a very good website which explains so.
Click here to read more about it.
Below are some photos of my teeth before and on braces.

What kind of braces are you using?
